Review: Works for my use - I ordered this for a very specific use, so I can only speak to that. I am a needle-felter and I wanted to find an air-dry clay for creating claws, beaks, and such for my felted critters. This is very moist and elastic, surprisingly so. The color was a dense black which is what I wanted. It took a bit of getting used to as I am wrapping the clay around a thin wire armature and shaping it into the desired shape, but I got used to it pretty fast. It was not messy at all. I thought it would behave more like the air-dry foam clay (like Crayola), but it is quite different and I think better for my work. For my use, a little goes a long way. The 1.1 lb. package will last me forever for what I'm using it for. If this proves to work well, which it seems to, it will be a very good value for the money. Can't comment on durability yet, but I have no reason to think it won't hold up well.
