No, it is not super soft organic cotton, but it has fun characters (we have 3 different character sets) and my son loves picking out his underwear ("Mickey!" "Goofy!"). For the price, you can stock up on 3 packets and have plenty of extras for diaper bags, etc. It’s the best you can get for the price. We looked around a lot and amazon has the best pricing as with many other items. This specific brand has other cartoons as well so buy a few that your child likes and give them options daily of what to wear. Important note: this product seems to shrink a little with washings as any other cotton item. We wash on warm and dry on low. My son wears 2T pants but wears 4T underwear. When he was in 18-24-month pants, he was wearing the 2T/3T underwear. So just be aware of shrinkage. His always recommend fun underwear for potty training purposes. Purchase all characters your child loves so they look forward to wearing underwear. They will get very excited to wear it if they love a certain cartoon.
