It was unfortunate but the main seller was apologetic and did everything to right things. I was able to return first one easily and recieved the replacement in super quick time. Was purchased for my daughter who is 9 and she absolutely loves it as does my 5yr old. It came charged, which was s bonus. Yet to give it a good run as my daughter been getting used to it doing laps of the front room. Haven't worked out the bluetooth or key fob yet but only had 24hrs so plenty of time. Did a lot of looking around and research of hoverboards and this one had the best reviews. The main seller and amazon have also both been very helpful.
