I have to say when I took out the 3 cases from the packing box and displayed them in front of me, they surprised me. The appearance matched exactly what I expected. What I didn't expect is, the outlook of grey metal feeling made it very comfortable to take them for not just a family vocation but also a business trip. Therefore, I took this chance to carry the 20'' case with me to Chicago. The wheel is fine, no issue was found when I tried to rotate, or push or pull the case in the airport. In terms of quality of the material, currently I am satisfied but I haven't really used them except the 20'' one. Liner looks used a different material compared with my previous cases. It felt rigid but not soft. No deformation was found when I tried to punch the out surface of the case. The inside has a zip compartment that keeps your stuff from falling out when you open it and the spinner wheels are always a must! The only reason I took one star off is because the discription said they were expandable and then ones I received were not.
