Each pocket has a tab that can be labeled. So you don’t need files. Very adequate size for a year worth of my records. I m using one for each year for 3 years now. **Q: Does this product contain actual folders that you can pull out of tge acordian file?** A: no they are all connected .....you can insert papers into the file, but you cannot pull out the dividers. **Q: Just got this file. Each of the pockets are sealed at the top to the one in front and the one in the back. Am i supposed to cut them to separate them?** A: i had this pocket file in 2018, however, i do not recall the pockets being sealed. i am sure that is something i would have remembered. Can you possibly ask the seller? **Q: Is this expanding file folder waterproof?** A: Yes, it is, because the material is waterproof. such as if you spill something on the outside of it you could wipe it off.
