They are better. *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 20, 2019* Seriously these are not headphones, and the sound quality isn't like my sony overear's.Realistically these are neck speakers. And the sound is meant to feel like the world around you not just be in your head like headphones. The sound is very filling and the bass is sufficient for all but serious base heads.These would be amazing for someone who wants good sound quality where maintaining situational awareness is important. Basically these are great for keeping your music with you while you're getting things done, save the Sony's for listening to symphonies or dubstep while sitting.Don't use for private conversations, with the volume at a reasonable level you can still make out what the other person is saying from about 3 - 5 ft. Considering most people leave their phone volume way too high anyway and this is normally the case it's not that big of a deal just fyi.A quick note about battery life, as with any Bluetooth headphones listening to them at max volume will reduce battery life.Overall I'm very thoroughly impressed with what's delivered for the price, even the unboxing experience was nice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great! *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 31, 2019* I received my wearable speaker earlier this week and love it. Except for the fact that the box came with instructions (way too small for older folks to read easily) in Chinese, I'm happy. Hopefully, I'll get a link to a website so I can see everything in English. Suffice it to say I didn't really need the instructions to connect the speaker to my TV. I had to figure other things out though (volume being the big one). They simply lay on my shoulders and I forget I'm wearing them. It's great because I can be moving around my apartment and not miss what is being said -- that's a big bonus. The clarity is great and the battery is longlasting.
