**Q: Where does this company get the cocoa beans from?**
A: The canister label indicates "blended from the finest cocoa from around the world". In other words, I don't know.

**Q: How does this cocoa compare to Valrhona cocoa powder?**
A: It's the best cocoa I've ever gotten. Crazy good

**Q: What is the expiration date please?**
A: Best by 6-2-21.

**Q: Does it contain soy?**
A: The back (one of the images shown, actually, if you look at them) simply says it's cocoa processed in the dutch way with alkalai. It's made in facilities with milk chocolate, but the facility is peanut and gluten free. So I seriously doubt it has soy in it (not sure why there would be) but if you're unsure I would comtact the company directly.

Hands down the BEST cocoa powder I've ever had and I've had them all. It's smooth and rich in flavor. The depth of flavor is by far superior to other big brand names. I love this cocoa powder. I was a die-hard Ghirardelli fan, but Guittard is so much better. It has a much richer flavor and is great for baking and making hot cocoa.
