I am the type of person to read reviews and research everything. I contacted Travel Happy with questions and the gentleman who I spoke to (can't remember his name) answered all of my questions and concerns. This mattress is amazing and well worth the money. It's honestly better than the mattress that I have in my home that I paid high dollar for. The mattress was well covered by the packaging. I followed the directions of letting it air out for a few days and letting it expand. It expanded to the full 10 inches. The quality is beyond what I expected. I would recommend this company and mattress to anyone. Also, it’s made in the USA so to me that’s a big plus!
