Fits perfectly & its is very cute! She is 5'5 & weighs 130lbs. We got her a small. It is a little tight in the chest area, but she says its not uncomfortable. Fits perfectly everywhere else. Hits her about 3 inches above the knee. There is not a lot of stretch in the material, so choose your size wisely. (there is no squeezing into it & hoping it stretches after an hour of wearing).
