I just pull them out with my fingers when they need replaced and or cleaned. **Q: Works with Evergo?** A: Yes **Q: What are the dimensions of the black filters??** A: The black filters are (without measuring---which I can't do at the moment) approximately 7/8" x 2 1/4"; white filters are the same. To install, look on the back of your unit -- I'm assuming you have a Resperonics/Phillips system 1 or system 2. There will be an opening which is the air intake. Take out any filters that are there; then press a white one in place, then press a black one in place. This combination will give you two stages of filtration -- The black foam takes out large particles of dust, etc., and the white ones are a micro-filter which will capture fine dust, pollen and other unwanted stuff. These are a good buy! Oh, just a thought, there may be a plastic 'hood' in the filter opening. Just squeeze the outer ends gently, and the 'hood' will pop out. Then install the filters, and you're set to go. Blessings and here's to better breathing!
