Slightly smaller size than regular school backpacks (still fits folders just less bulky). It's lightweight and the fabric and straps are soft. The straps are padded too. I wanted a simple pack that looked cool but that would hide dirt and stains and yet not be solid black as that would get too hot in the sun. This striped one is the perfect solution! I removed the faux leather patch on the bottom because it had a badly translated statement on it. Easy to remove and it looks better without it.
