Review: Perfect Oil 4 the Perfect Trimmer - Speed of delivery. Good, quality oil - if there is such a thing. Red Armour seems to be a great brand for all 2-cycle engine needs. Excellent price. No complaints or problems with it. My trimmer still runs and performs like new. (And YES, I did buy an Echo weed wacker and the oil for it. And YES, the right mixture is ESSENTIAL to the life and performance of your equipment so READ THE DESTRUCTIONS, dummy). 6-pack was perfect for my needs. Will definitely purchase again if available. I strongly recommend heavy duty trim line for tougher weed patches. The thin stuff doesn't last long unless you're only cutting grass. Easy loading pre-cut strands is an excellent idea for busy folks who hate the hassle of winding spools with the long stuff, too. Great design from Echo on my latest trimmer! If only they would make a lighter, shorter model for my wife. Battery powered, maybe? She's always begging me to trim around her garden and wanted her own weed wacker for her birthday. With the big gas-powered trimmer she tends to scalp the lawn because the trimmer is so heavy and long for her to handle. Even with the harness, she has a hard time. Gotta' get her a battery powered model that'll last about 45 minutes, at least, before it needs to be recharged.
Review: This oil really does make a difference. Much better than the premix quarts at over $45 for a gallon - The best 2 cycle oil I have ever used. My Stihl blower has struggled with carb issues, idle problems and bogging for years. @ new factory brand carbs have not helped. Then I saw a video from a small engine repair shop and she recommended Red Armor. Ever since using it there is a dramatic difference. Combined with using 91 octane Ethanol free fuel that I found at a station by my campground, my BG55 blower from 2007 runs great now.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this product labeled echo or shindawa? The pic shows the latter but the title says Echo...**
A: If you purchase from our store, it is Echo-branded, however, the mix is exactly the same whether Echo or Shindaiwa branded because it all comes from Philips 66 Spectrum corporation, the OEM that Yamabiko (parent company of Echo and Shindaiwa) contracts to make their mix.

**Q: Does this oil have fuel stabilizer already in it?**
A: yes, states that it does. I put Stabil in my small engine premium gas from day one, and have used it for 2-cycle gas adding the oil with it's stabilizer in it with no ill results for many years

**Q: Is this a D rated oil?**
A: I don't know what a "D" rated oil is but if you are looking for the best two cycle mix to use in a chainsaw or weedeater then you have found it.  I have used this oil religiously for years and i would never use anything else.  When you see the name ECHO it means quality.  I also recommend using an ethanol free gas in all power equipment.  I hope this helps.

**Q: Whats the difference between red armour and gold power blend? do they both have carbon cleaning chemicals in them?**
A: I don’t know about the Gold but Red Armor does and I don’t use anything else I measure out a precise gallon as this keeps them consistent

Used in Echo, Craftsman and Stihl saw and yard tool 2 cycle engines. I always use ethanol free gas, though. This combination has given me over 9 years of repair-free homeowner use.
