Review: Goldilocks level of heat and great depth of flavor - It’s a bit pricy, but it lasts a long time in the fridge ready to use whenever a recipe calls for it. I’m most impressed with the depth of flavor and umami it brings to my cooking and as a dip for meat. I love using it when I make a “Halal Guys” style Chicken and Rice dish or Chicken Shawarma. Not sure how authentic that is, but that’s how I use it and I love it. Worth the price for how long it lasts.

It’s a bit pricy, but it lasts a long time in the fridge ready to use whenever a recipe calls for it.
