It can bounce and that also has a locking function. The wheels come already attached and fold up to easily keep it at a stand still bouncer. It also has an awesome rocking function that can fold up as well. It has three different heights to grow with baby as they grow! I was looking for a multifunction toy for my 6 month old so that I didn’t have multiple items for our baby in our small home and this is perfect! It has lots of toys to keep baby entertained. I love the stability of how it’s made unlike other walkers I’ve seen. This is very secure multifunction toy that I feel is the best option when looking at walker bouncer combos.
