Its been more than 48 hours now and still has not expanded and still deformed, one side still rolled/curled., pillow did not fill out the pillow case as shown in the advertisement photos. It is soft but as I haven’t used it yet as its still deformed and almost just flat, i don’t know what to say re comfort and support. I have tried many options, however, this one worked by far the best. It came in a fancy box with detailed illustrations of the different support features. Right off the bat, it provided firm support for my neck and the height of the pillow was great as well. I like way how the pillow curves around my shoulders, so I can sleep right up against it. The best part about this pillow was the two supports on either side. I have a tendency to turn from sleeping on my back to my side during the night, and the higher face support actually holds my neck at the right height which helps to avoid straining and prevents my shoulders from being crushed. Actually, it was pretty darn comfortable (very very). Again, I was very surprised how well this pillow works with me. Now I need to buy one for my wife.
