I think they look stylish while still being very light, and the drawers hold a huge amount and also seem pretty sturdy now I have loaded them up.The design is very well thought out:- the drawers have tiny moulded stoppers to each side of the front to stop them sliding open without you meaning them to, for instance if you tip the chest of drawers forward accidentally, and- the drawers will pull open almost fully but little stoppers at the back keep the drawer held safely in place unless you want to remove it, in which case you can easily pull it slightly up at full open, and remove the whole drawer.I thought the castors looked very weedy when I clicked them into place, but they actually work really well and because the drawers are so light, it is very easy to roll them out of the way.Re delivery, that seems to be the luck of the draw from the reviews. I ordered them from Amazon itself because I have found them good at sorting out any issues previously.My delivery was delayed (time of covid), and I got messages telling me they were out for delivery three days in a row before they actually arrived, so they got pretty roughed up on the way (outer boxes arrived very mashed), and I actually saw my Amazon driver drop the second parcel out of the van onto the road. Even with all that the drawers were in perfect condition inside the box.I rubbed in a little silicone spray along the top and bottom of the drawer side edges top and bottom as I do with all drawers - they were fine beforehand but they now slide in and out extra smoothly.What I couldn’t quite see from the pictures is that there is a solid white plastic front a couple of cm behind the one you see with the hole, which means:a. you can’t see the drawer contents, andb. You can stick a label inside the hole saying what the drawer contains if you want.To me both those things make the drawers look neater than I thought they would be.I do think they are expensive for what you get, but they are well designed and made, and mine travelled from Germany! Plus it looks like they have to pay for returns on the ones that do get damaged in transit.So in summary, I found them so good I am considering buying more!
