I know this is a sensitive subject. Maybe you could try them just to see OR why not get the next thickness up and see how it goes from there. It really depends on how much liquid comes out. I just went with trial and luckily got the right ones. I don`t need mine all the time but I was wondering if you might be able to talk to your practitioner nurse or doctor to see if there is a problem that they can help with. Good luck x **Q: Is this 4 packs of 12 or just one pack of 12?** A: 4 packs of 12 (48 in total). Very good value but scroll down the entire list to get the best deal. **Q: what is the absorbency of these pants?** A: Absorbency - 2900mlSource : http://www.incontinencechoice.co.uk/case-saver-2-x-tena-i-pants-i-maxi-medium-80-110cm-32-42in-pack-of-10.html ## Frequently Bought Together - Tena ProSkin Pants Plus Classic - Medium (1 Pack of 14) - Tena Pants Night Super - Medium - Pack of 10 - Tena Pants Super Medium, Pack of 12 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/92955190-tena-proskin-pants-plus-incontinence-underwear-medium-14-count](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/92955190-tena-proskin-pants-plus-incontinence-underwear-medium-14-count) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
