These pillows exceeded my expectations. They are smaller, lighter and more comfortable. They inflate larger than my old pillows and are shaped to kind of cradle your head. The material is a very soft airtight fabric and is not plasticky or rubbery at all. The valve works as a check valve when you are inflating and you push a button to release and deflate. Very easy to use. When you are done they roll up into a nice bag that is smaller than a soda can. Nothing negative to say. They are just great.
