The large knobs are too soft and sink right into your back and you feel nothing.  The smaller knobs are too small and would have been too soft anyway.  The concept is great, but they need to change the material.  It squishes like a pillow.  Sending it back.

項のツボをピンポイントで押せる器具を探していましたが、残念ながら無理でした。通常の使い方である、背中にはそれなりに効きそうです。もう少し硬いとよさげですが、ここは好みが分かれそうです。
