I installed it on a genuine Canon 137 cartridge that had never been refilled (this was the first refill). I emptied all the remaining original toner out (there wasn't much remaining). The instructions were very clear and everything went great. I have tilted the cartridge left and right as if installing a new cartridge, but nothing helps. I don't need perfect print quality but it is way too light; VERY, VERY LIGHT. I am now debating whether to dump this toner out, buy a different brand and refill.
