In the beginning, it was difficult to find foods in the store to purchase for our diet but this is becoming easier as this lifestyle becomes more popular. The recipes that we started cooking were getting a bit old so I picked up this gluten-free cookbook by author Jamie Stewart and it has opened up a whole new world for us. We no longer feel limited and are enjoying the foods again that we thought were gone from our diet for good. We have been making things like french toast, pasta dishes, and roast dinners. All recipes in this cookbook are very well explained and easy to make. Can't recommend this one enough as it is now our go-to recipe book. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made 10-1 pressure cooker *by B***. on January 7, 2020* Impressed with how well made this cooker is, excellent instructions. I've never used a pressure cooker, so I was a bit apprehensive using one. The instructions were very concise and the pre-programmed cooking made it less intimidating.
