I like mine on the strong side but have struggled to find a tea that can be brewed dark without being bitter. My search has ended!!! Not bitter and very affordable. For me, Glengettie tea is perfection!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Flavorful *by S***S on Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2021* I love black teas, especially breakfast blends, and this is one of the best I've had. It brews dark, and can be drunk without sugar or cream for there is no bitterness.The tebag can also be brewed several times, making this a very economical tea. I can get 2 full brave steepings, strong enough to accept any additional flavorings (caramel, blackberry, apple...) and1 slightly weaker and tending towards bitterness, so a bit of flavoring such as jasmine or rose or lemon or some sweetening helps here. And a bit of cream can hide how pale it becomes.The 4th and 5th steepings are bitter as a child deprived of sleep and sweets, so be sure to increase the sugar and cream here to placate it - and an addition of a sprinkle of apple pie spice can make the bitterness tolerable, just as a lolly soothes the bitter child. The milder fruits and flowers are overwhelmed by the bitterness, so pick strong flavors - bold spices, hearty fruits, a strong mint.Five steepings if you're desperate enough to go that far.
