## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the shelf life?**
A: I have kept a bottle, unrefrigerated, for 4 months, and then transferred it to the frig to make the martinis.  That was about another month.  So, in my hands about half a year.  I by them in sets of three, and have never had one "go bad".  In my opinion it's the best dirty martini olive brine on the market.

**Q: Is This Oven Safe?**
A: This is olive JUICE, not oil so I can't imagine cooking with it.  I use it only for dirty martini's.  If you really plan to bake and/or cook with it, would suggest you "google" recipes using olive juice and see what happens.

**Q: Can someone please assist with the nutritional information on the back of the bottle or post a picture? Thank you.**
A: it's olive brine, so high sodium and not much else

**Q: We ordered the 3 pack.  Two were the same dark color -- one was much lighter. Why the difference?**
A: I don’t know, mine were all the light yellowish color.  I think I would contact the manufacturer and ask that question.
