His seemed to be much clearer and louder. He kindly gave me his and I wanted to return mine. Unfortunately, the window to return mine passed a few days after the time I was able to get it together to return..I don't like that there's such a difference in the 2 pair..now I have 1 bad pair and also 1 good pair. The warranty was already cancelled on the original pair I intended to return..So, unfortunately it looks like I an stuck with the defective pair. There was too much of a gap between the back band and my head making them fit loosely on my ears. It bugged me so I ended up sending them back for a refund.
