We love them! All texts and phone calls send notifications and you can read the texts right on the watch. It does seem to be reasonably accurate. The pule rate sensor is just so so while the O2 saturation is in the ball park.No continuous monitoring one must stop and press mess with watch to take a reading.Rubber watch band is not as bad as expected. Must download a program to be able to set time.
