Here in New Mexico, we have NM Hatch Green Chile, which is great, we are the only State that can grow these unique chiles. Of course, we have jalapenos, which are also good; however, NOTHING beats the taste of Cherry Peppers, and these Cherry Peppers, although grown in California, are the taste I remember from back east.
