Still a very nice useful machine and the squat rack works for other things!! **Q: How many back pad positions can it be adjusted?** A: This model has 5 different angles which the backrest can adjust to. The bench can adjust to an incline, decline and flat position. **Q: Can you do flat bench press other than incline press** A: Yes, the bench does lay flat, inclines and declines depending on your needs **Q: Will the reverse squats section work for an individual that is 6' tall?** A: Yeah, I'm 6"1 and it works fine for me.
