And, the dependable slide track keeps you safe and secure during your intense workouts. The contoured roller pads and dual-function leg developer make sure your legs are kept in the mix as well. One of the unique features of this Olympic bench is the inclusion of 2 bar catches on the rear of the frame which gives you the space and freedom to perform squats. Still a very nice useful machine and the squat rack works for other things!! **Q: How many back pad positions can it be adjusted?** A: This model has 5 different angles which the backrest can adjust to. The bench can adjust to an incline, decline and flat position. **Q: Can you do flat bench press other than incline press** A: Yes, the bench does lay flat, inclines and declines depending on your needs **Q: Will the reverse squats section work for an individual that is 6' tall?** A: Yeah, I'm 6"1 and it works fine for me. I usually have to put the back rest all the way down to make room. ## Frequently Bought Together - Marcy Olympic Workout Bench for Home Gym Strength Training Equipment with Preacher Curl Pad and Weight Rack Storage, White/Black - CAP Barbell 2-Inch Olympic 7 ft Barbell Bars | Multiple Options - Clout Fitness Olympic Barbell Clamps Collars Quick Release Pair of Locking Weight Clips Fit 2 Inch Barbell for Weightlifting --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/911292-marcy-olympic-workout-bench-for-home-gym-strength-training-equipment](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/911292-marcy-olympic-workout-bench-for-home-gym-strength-training-equipment) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
