We just ask that the deliver address is correct for the shipping carrier. **Q: Mine was delivered, but it is not a paste. It is hard as a rock. Is this normal?** A: Yes, it is normal. This product is kind of hard and almost wax like. But it dissolves easily when cooking. I use it to make Costa Rican style arroz con pollo.
