Very pretty colors, non-random placement of colors which you might like or might not like. Clear insulation almost disappears into whatever background you hang these. Very water resistant and NO END TO END CONNECTION if you normally count on end to end connection. Only one end connection and the circuits that drive the string are located near the plug so you might want to consider how you hide the driver circuit, it was no big deal on our installation. Usually net lights are very unreliable but these haven't had any issues and I expect them to last a very long time. I'll update later if or when they start to have issues..
