Next I did a very fine grind, something you would do for Espresso. This was too fine and trapped the water in the bag. By the time I ended up making the cup, it was WAY to strong and bitter to drink. I ended up finding the sweet spot on my grinder of about 60% set more towards the fine grind. I love these bags and will use them for all my solo trips. I will still probably revert back to my french press when I do my bigger group trips.
