Less than 1 year old and the heat exchanger went bad and lost water out the sides. Contacted customer service and they were very professional. Said the heater was covered. HOWEVER, they do not have a factory repair company in the Chicagoland area and I would need to find my own repair company. They will pay for them to look at it, but would need all replacement parts coming directly from them. Can't find a certified repair company to look at in our area. The heater is connected directly to my filter and haven't been able to use that for almost 2 weeks now. I purchased a new replacement Raypak heater so it can hook up directly to where the old unit connections are located.
