Hi .. I think this is my 3rd Bottle of Premium Royal Jelly from the Bee Happy folks. I take "2" capsules daily with my lunch .. no ill effects .. nada !! I'm a senior citizen (turned 79 in April) .. work a part-time job, have strong computer skills, play lots of scrabble and solitaire, see doctor twice a year for physicals, travel hither and yon to visit with my son and grandchildren, maintain personal friendships .. and generally seaking .. I do enjoy life. With the exception of a life-long middle ear problem .. I'm in pretty decent shape for an ole gal. Decided to give the Royal Jelly product another "go" .. as I used to take it many, many full moons ago.. Can honestly say that do feel a rejuvination with regard to my overall physical and mental abilities. If things continue on this positive path for me ..
