Anywatz, I personally would rather the bone broth (Frozen or boxed chicken flavor, although I hear the boxed one is not really reccommended, in a youtube video speaking of a bone-broth diet) mixed in a blender with some veggies. Would I buy these again? In all honesty, no. It didn't seem to do anything because I haven't been taking them for that long. It felt like it had some opposite effects going on and I didn't want to get too much into it after that. I believe the opposite effects occured because I was taking this with some other pills. Idk.
