Review: One quart covers a large area - I used this product on one of my customer's floors so I can't really comment on the performance of the product. I put a generous amount of sealer on the grout using a narrow-bristled paint brush on a pole and what amazed me was how far it went. I cleaned and sealed about 1200 square feet of tile and not being sure of how much I would need I purchased 3 quarts but only used one. I am posting this comment as I would have liked to have seen a similar comment posted when I was reviewing this product. Review: Not as effective as I hoped - I spent hours cleaning a rough ceramic tile kitchen floor, and got it very clean before I applied two coats a day apart from each other. I went away for 3 weeks and came back and the floor was a mess. I cleaned it again it didn't take me quite as long though.
