A: I have never used this on a mattress but I have on my sofa and it removes spill stains very efficiently and leaves behind a nice clean scent.

A: yes

A: I love this and it doesn't have bleach but sure gets body stains out.

**Q: Is this really "baby safe"? The description doesn't say anything about being natural, hypoallergenic, fragrance-free or for sensitive skin.**
A: You are right, the bottle does not say "baby safe".  I didn't use this when my kids were little.  I use it now on my family's underwear.
