As we’ve already assembled the item, we accepted the parcial refund. The customer service has been great.Looks good, but cheaply made and definitely not worth what we paid. Has a few marks on the corners but the box it arrived in was fine. Can only assume it was packed damaged. As it arrived a day late and we wanted our lounge finished, we didn’t return.
