I have also researched LED waterproof collars and found the masbrill is 2nd best to a German brand which is between £45-60 and is not a proper collar, it is purely for light and is put on by slipping over the dogs head so it will come off if needed for restraint. If you're in doubt, I would definitely suggest going for this one. For £17, even if it lasts for just the winter months it is worth every penny! But in my experience, they last much longer. It comes in a box with a rubber band around the battery part holding it in place, I took the last one off but this time I use it as an extra, putting it over the charger port stopper to hold it in place. XS was perfect for my two border terriers. They are bright and hold decent charge.
