I cannot tell the difference between this friend-recommended product and the spice container type I buy at Costco. The product dissolves about 80-90% in hot water and requires a rinsing of the residual orange powder. The orange powder stains so be very careful when handling it. This is what you’re looking for, as I used to buy ground turmeric, but if you really look into it, it doesn’t have much curcumin. This is what you actually want if you’re trying to fight inflammation!!

It’s my first time eating curcumin so I can’t compare, but I have no complaints. It arrived on time and in good conditions.
