Best thing I’ve brought. So many options to work it. Through Alexa app or yr phone or by remote or touching the actual device. You can even use yr app away from home to make it work. You can program it for scheduled cleaning as many times of the day and days of the week. Also has a mop facility. Returns to docking station when finished. You just need to remember(as with all robotic hoovers) that the collection compartment isn’t that large so you have to empty regularly. But that’s easy to do. Comes with spares and there’s a website you can access for FAQ and advice. Beware of cables and sticking out floor grippers - they don’t like them and can get stuck! ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars What a waste of money *by W***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 March 2019* This is one of the worst robotic hoovers ever. I bought it as we gave cats and the carpets are always covered in hair. This robot just glided over the hair! Amazon should really review the items they sell,so we can get an unbiased opinion. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good cleaning but needs supervision *by V***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 December 2018* I chose this model because I have 2 girls with very long hair and hoovers with brushes just don't work in my house. I found the robot hoover excellent on hard floors, there was a bit of bumping off chair legs etc but it got around well and did a good job of clearing up the crumbs and bits of dirt. It had no problem climbing onto the rug or over the high door jam and covered the floor pretty thoroughly. It stopped a few times on the rug saying wheel stuck but I took the mop tank off and it went fine after that. When it's left alone it can get itself stuck under low furniture or in tight spots so I've only used it when I'm in the house to rescue it. It's fairly quite even on the high suction power which is good.
