We put 5 of the packs in the freezer and left one pack of them in the fridge to start using right away. My family and I love this product and have consumed it regularly after discovering it almost 2 years ago in a health food store.If you're watching your weight or trying to keep your sodium levels to a minimum, Ozery 100 calorie whole wheat buns are a great replacement for bread. A half a bun (50 calories) is enough to hold a hotdog if you eat those things, and a whole bun (only 100 calories with both slices) is substantial enough to make a great sandwich or to use for a burger. About the only thing it doesn't work the greatest for is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but only if you put too much jelly on it because the jelly might tend to seep out of the end of the sandwich.The Ozery buns are excellent when toasted, too. And, they also work great for making little pizzas. Just throw some sauce and cheese on them and bake them in the oven and you've got a tasty late night snack.
