I haven't had any issues with them yet. The grips can be hard to hold when you get sweaty but putting some chalk on your hands fixes that. I have a low ceiling so I have them hanging pretty low on my power rack. I haven't done anything too strenuous on them yet but I will update my review when I do. But I tried 30 times a day all day long. By day 4, I was doing full dips and leg lifts, but only sets of 2. By next week, maybe sets of 5.
