For the 22mm spring bar, the uncompressed length is 25.1mm, the compressed length is 21.8mm. **Q: Will the 23mm fit Citizen Navihawk and world with a nato band??** A: I do not know. What are the specs on the original band? I have watches with 20mm and 22 mm lugs. Many nice straps. I wanted a stronger solution, so I ordered 23mm pins for my 22mm Promaster Tough. IMO, the pins are stronger the longer the main 1.8mm barrel and the less extended the telescoping pins. They fit nicely, so I ordered these 21mm pins for my Invicta divers, one a 9094 used as a beater work watch with "NATO" (actually, Zulu) straps. (I cut off the dingleberry strap to shorten the wearing height by 2-3mm, thus, making a NATO from a Zulu). The 21mm pins fit, but tightly.
