**Q: Any cooling device to use?  Mine gets hot.**
A: Haven't been using mine.  Back & forth with Frontier, wasn't effective.  They don't use them anymore.  Been awhile, don't remember details.

**Q: Where can I purchase**

**Q: Is this the most recent version of the Frontier Airi? (asking in June 2020)**
A: It’s the most recent, however Frontier no longer supports airi, but are offering WiFi extenders that couple with your existing router via the cable in your home.  The catch is, there’s a monthly fee, I believe is $12.00.

**Q: Do both units have the same id and password or are these two single units?**
A: Id's need to be different otherwise it will not show up in your Wireless network listings

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great....after finally figured out how to install

The instructions are not the best.... a bit confusing.... One sets unit A next to unit B, pressing WPS buttons... then put unit a in area desired for extension. The trick is to connect wifi to the unit B, at location B, with its own password. then the system requires selection to the Main WiFi (your existing system). Then boom, the 4 bars for the wifi pop up on your Portable--- and the whole house enjoys a really powerful signal..... one one occasion when signal dropped, just unplug and replug unit B.

Whoever tried to resale these knew it was defective...so why waste the time trying to repackage it? I've installed dozens of these with no issues, and when they work, they work immediately after both the 5G and the 2.4G lights get in sync. But not these two. They'll sync, then drop, sync then drop...even after a factory reset. Further, I did the initial wireless handshake with the two extenders in the same room...then took the other to it's respective location. Long story short...the QA team is paid to verify these devices, so I don't have to waste my time.

Only problem was I can't connect with the link to set up my own password. I'll try to contact customer support next week. But brought internet to where I needed it for 60% of Frontier's price.
