Perfect length and sleeves are really nice. I’m 5’3”, 130# and Small is perfect. Material is a scratchy crepe, but the texture looks nice and it’s not uncomfortable. The tie looked like I had a sweatshirt tied around my waist with the knot in the front, so I knot it in the back instead, and it’s super cute! I ordered a size small and for me it ran a bit short, but I'm 5'7" and 135 pounds, with a long torso and dresses are normally short on me. I just wear it with leggings. The material, however, feels cheap and scratchy. If I had to compare the material to something, I'd say it's similar to reusable shopping bags you get for like a dollar at the store.
