You have to read most of the book before she starts talking about the construction of stills. She has a large amount of information on what supplies to use to construct it safely, including the correct type of silicone caulk to use. The silicone comes in contact with the water so it has to be safe. It can be purchased on desertcart. She says not to use PVC pipe, but CPVc and explains why. I learned about constructing stills safely, but would be unable to construct one from the information in this book. I learned enough by reading this book to know it is an area I want to learn more about.
