It's unfiltered and tastes like prune juice. If you do it straight, chase with oj. Kills taste & Vit C helps Iron absorption. Win. Win. However, if you want it for supplement purposes, mix with choc shake & gives a mocha flavor. Not mocha like your fave coffee spot but with cold water or milk, it's not bad. I use 'Purely Inspired" Chocolate. As Iron & Veggies is my focus, it's the only one that is Non GMO & gives actual Iron mg.
