    This is a very ecouraging word for macular  problem sufferers. Beware of blue light.

This gives you something to at least try.  Since I started the coconut therapy, my eye doctor has been happy as the problem is not getting worse. Use virgin or extra virgin coconut oil. Use the tasteless or non-flavored kind of oil.  I add  it to scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes and rice as well as other foods.  I little dab will do ya as the old ad used to say.  The food does  not have to be  swimming in the oil, but you are in this for the long haul and can afford to be patient as nothing else seems to be on offer to cure your macular probolems.  Beware of blue lightL Learn about it on the web. Get anti-blue light sun glasses and wear  a hat when you are outside.  Best wixhes to you.  Easy to try and to use.

I agree with the doctors suggested treatments. But to find clean fresh food that is not gmo, or pesticide and herbicide free is a challenge not counting the strict diet! Coconut oil is awesome but my body can't get a tablespoon down without being close to a bathroom. I will attempt trying a teaspoon three times a day, maybe I can do more later.
