Yes, it's organic, but like chewing leather flakes with a sickening sweet taste that's way over done , and it is anything but instant. Instant is when you  put it in a bowl and add hot water stir and eat. This stuff requires boiling in a pot for 90 seconds then waiting 1 to 2 minutes before eating. or  I'm switching back to Publix Organic store brand. Way cheaper and taste much better, with less fuss.

My mom got me hooked on this brand year's ago and now I have it on my Amazon subscription. The Maple and Apple are delicious- they aren't over sweetened like other prepackaged oatmeals. Quick, easy and travel well. Boys have sports tournaments out of town and these are a must pack!
