I ordered this after having some delicious green curry sauce at a local Thai restaurant; I liked the sauce there, but I did not like what was IN the sauce and wanted to try it on my vegetables of my choice. I looked up recipes for homemade green curry sauce, but I would have needed to hunt for the ingredients before I could make my own. I used two chicken breasts (cut up), about 12 petite gold potatoes cut in half, and about 1/2 lb. of baby carrots. It was delicious but it didn't have the slightly sweet coconut flavor that I was expecting. My biggest issue was how thin it is. When I've ordered yellow curry from Thai restaurants in the past it's been much thicker. This was more of a broth consistency than a sauce consistency.
